A. Our services include no-obligation consultations with you on your meeting and event related needs. We can arrange virtually anything you
may need, but don't have the time or resources to arrange yourself.
Q. What is "event management?"
A. Event Management includes all of the attention to detail as well as big picture planning, preparing, coordinating, and carrying
out of events, seeing them to successful completion and post-event review. We offer such
service because you are already busy, and you want the best results for your
company. We have the connections
to the quality and variety of services needed. We do the event
management. You take the credit for it.
Q. What are "venues?"
A. Venues are just another name for sites, locations, or facilities for your event.
Q. Where do you do business?
A. Event Connections focuses on clients located in the Silicon Valley and Greater
Bay Area; but for our clients,
we will travel to meet needs anywhere in the world.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. Typically 10-15%, depending on the size and lead time of the
job.
Q. What are your job size limits?
A. For established clients, no job is too large or too small. For new clients, please check on our availability.
Q. What kind of experience do you have?
A. We have been in business over 15 years. We have done events
for many well known Silicon Valley companies. We are careful to
always live up to our excellent reputation.
Q. How many employees are in your company?
A. We currently have six permanent and over fifty temporary/part-time/on-call.
We primarily work through hundreds of specialized independent vendors.
